NSUI celebrates foundation day at Kishtwar | | | Early Times Report
Kishtwar, Apr 10: National Students Union of India (NSUI), a frontal organization of the Congress party celebrated its 43rd foundation day at Kishtwar. The function was organized by the District chapter of National Students' Union of India attended by several youth Congress leaders of the Kishtwar While addressing the gathering speakers advised the NSUI activists to remain united for the cause of students. They said that the NSUI activists have a lead role to play in building a corruption free society. They stress that the students should work hard and share for the well being of the society instead of concentrating only on politics, sociology and religion after identifying their sheer interest on them. Prakash Singh Dadwal District president NSUI Kishtwar under whose leadership the programme was organized also spoke on the occasion and congratulated the NSUI activists on its foundation day. He said that he was happy that the existence of NSUI has crossed 43 long years. Prakash reminded that the union was set up under the guidance of former Prime Minister Indira Gandhi in the year 1971 and said that India has become a dynamic and a modern nation since the inception of NSUI Former. |
