| Peaceful Kashmir itches separatists, trio sound Lal Chowk chalo call | | | Raj Sandeep

Jammu, Dec 5: Finding sidelined and fully abandoned in their own land, separatists are trying to remain relatively relevant by resorting to ways and means disliked by Kashmiris’ supporting peace to fully dawn in valley.
As per media reports, Syed Ali Shah Geelani, Mirwaiz Umar Farooq and Yasin Malik gave joint pro freedom march for Lal Chowk to begin from their respective residences and asked people to participate ostensibly to remain in limelight about their so called freedom struggle which has almost fizzled out with the passage of time.
Locals told that separatists are now fully aware of the fact that largely people have developed hatred towards fake modus operandi adopted by these disgruntled separatists which has dropped unending miseries in the lap of each one living in the valley.
Rather the people are struggling hard to return to their routine work and earn livelihood for their children as the business affairs of people right from down to top in the line have suffered tremendous financial losses due to shutdown and hollowness of earlier repeated march calls, now asking for Lal Chowk chalo call, they added.
Kashmir watcher said that who stops any one to visit any part of kashmir valley what to talk of Lal Chowk, but it is possible only if people nurturing feelings of separatism learn to behave in a civilized manner as loyal citizens akin to other civilized persons of the state who do not attempt to fringe law of the land inviting displeasure of law enforcing agencies to prevent hooliganism.
Everyone in the state, especially in valley has very well understood the futility of " Chalo" calls every time given by separatists which did not have any morally spontaneous response from public in large who virtually avoid retaliation for fear of backlash from goonda elements working under the command of separatists, he alleged.
Social activist said that these march calls were purely designed to involve innocents in carrying out their (separatists) sinister agenda handed out to them by Pak to create rumpus and lawlessness for troubling and tormenting law abiding people in the valley, which is now an open secret.
Rather people have now become alert enough and are reportedly preparing themselves to spurn such infructuous calls of separatists as their nefarious strategy is spoiling the future of young generation given the past bitter experience four months unrest, he added.
While giving sermon to desist from repeating march calls having become an obsolete strategy to misguide public any longer, a group of senior citizens said that it would be fairly beneficial in the long run for their own people living in valley, if these separatists misguided by their handlers across the border to launch silly crusade against their own people sit together and do some positive introspection fumbling their souls.
They said that they (separatists) should try to analyze the merits and demerits which they finally gained by stirring unrest and thrusting Kashmiris’ in restlessness during these four months shutdown calls.
It was further added that if at all this exercise is done honestly by separatists, which they will probably avoid, it will simply emerge that except appeasing their masters, who feed them profusely for their survival, nothing has been practically achieved for kashmiries except death and destruction for the people there whose survival has been made critically complicated by separatists, they bemoaned. |
