Jammu, Nov 20: FICCI FLO Jammu-Kashmir and Ladakh today organised a 10km Promo Run for its forthcoming 1st edition of FICCI FLO Half Marathon scheduled to be held on 28.11.2021.
The FICCI FLO Jammu-Kashmir and Ladakh half marathon, as envisioned by the founding Chairperson Kr. Ritu Singh is a seed of change. The message of this forthcoming Half Marathon is to raise funds to empower and strengthen the girl child in our rural areas as India. This 10k promotional run was arranged under the chairmanship of Kr. Ritu Singh , Varuna Anand (Sr. Vice Chairperson), Kanupriya Garg (Ambassador and Race Director), Sona Mehta and Shipra Aggarwal (Fitness Enthusiasts and Runners).
The runners were from various age groups and several running clubs, they ran from Amar Mahal Palace, Hari Niwas to Panjtirthi, spanning the Sidhra route. They were mesmerised with the scenic sights and, more importantly, were very enthusiastic to support this cause. Everyone was radiant with enthusiasm, and eager to run to help sow the seed of change on November 28th, 2021
