Early Times Report JAMMU, Jan 24: Shiksha Niketan High School (SNHS) Gandhi Nagar Celebrated the 77th Republic Day of India with Great Pride and patriotic enthusiasm on 24 January 2026. The entire school campus echoed with the Spirit of unity, Nationalism, and respect for the Constitution of India. The Programme was Organised under the able supervision of the school authorities and the guidance of Ajit Singh (In-charge). Teachers and Students Actively Participated in the Celebration. The school building was beautifully decorated with flowers, Tricolour Flags, and national symbols, creating a vibrant and festive atmosphere. The Programme began with a Patriotic presentation by the Nursery students, followed by a blowing activity by Class III students. Students of Classes IV, V, and VII (Girls) presented inspiring performances on patriotic themes such as "Sare Jahan Se Acha", "Ae Watan", and a patriotic mash-up, which were appreciated by everyone present. A speech in English highlighting the importance of Republic Day was delivered by a student, while a student from Class IV (Boy) spoke a few lines on the Indian Constitution, explaining its significance in shaping the nation. The Celebration concluded with the Distribution of sweets by Ajit Singh (In-charge), spreading joy among students and staff. The Programme ended on a Joyful Note, Leaving everyone filled with Pride For The Nation. |
