JAMMU, Jan 27: NHPC Regional Office, Jammu celebrated 77th Republic day with great fervor and happiness on 26thJanuary'2026. In the office premises, Ram Swaroop, ED, Regional Office, Jammu, NHPC Limited unfurled the National Flag and sung the National anthem along with people.
In his address, Ram Swaroop wished everyone a Happy Republic Day and said that Republic Day is a proud and historic occasion for every Indian. On this day in 1950, India adopted its Constitution and became a sovereign and democratic republic. This day reminds us of the sacrifices and contributions of our great freedom fighters and the framers of our constitution.Today, a constitution was implemented that laid the foundation for justice, liberty, equality, and fraternity. This auspicious day also inspires us to introspect and fulfill our duties towards the nation. We need to do our work for the development of the corporation and the country responsibly and honestly.
The event was attended by Pankaj Vashisth, GM (Civil), R.P. Maurya, GM(HR) and other officers and employees with family members, DGR Security personnel and outsourced manpower. |
