Jammu, Sept 14: A meeting of various social, political and religious organisations was held at Ved Mandir Ambphalla, Jammu under the chairmanship of Brig (Retd) Suchet Singh (Convenor Sangarsh Samiti of J&K) to take stock of the current prevailing situation in the State, especially in the Kashmir Valley.
After thread bare discussion, it is unanimously resolve that the present turmoil in Kashmir Valley is due to the in action and non governance by the Centre and State government. Apparently, even the Chief Minister is advocating the viewpoint and agenda of the separatists and anti-national forces. Therefore this immature Chief Minister must step down forthwith. It is further resolve that
Armed Forces must not be demoralised and their initiatives of taking action against anti-national and terrorist should not be curved by curtailing their legal rights i.e. dilusion or withdrawal of Armed Forces Special Power Act (AFSPA) as they have to function in an extra-ordinary circumstances and condition for which they require special legal protection.
In case protection provided to the Armed Forces under AFSPA is diluted or withdrawn the nationalist forces and the people of State would be come on the road to launch a massive agitation against the government.
Any talk regarding the present situation without involving the people of Jammu Province and Ladhak region will be meaning less. All the Stake holders such as POK refugees, West Pakistani refugees, Gujjars, Bakarwals, Paharies, Kashmiri displaced community, terrorism affected people of Jammu provision, Chamb refuges before any final
