| Sheenda topples Sujan Ali to clinch dangal title | | | EARLY TIMES REPORT
JAMMU, Oct 31: Wrestler Sheenda of Treva defeated Sujan Ali of Sidhra in the final to lift the dangal title held at Sanjha Peer Baba Sher-Khan Shah Pathan in village Bandhu Rakh, here today.
The event was declared open by Raman Bhalla, Minister for Revenue, Relief and Rehabilitation in an impressive and well attended function.
Later-on the winner was presented trophy jointly by Satish Sharma, former chairman health and sanitation and Sewak Baba Paramjeet Singh Wazir.
Prominent among others present on the occasion were Ram Saran Khullar, Ashok Kumar Raina, Madan Lal, Shiv Kumar Gupta, Davinder Singh, Ram Lal, Surinder Kumar, Jagat Raj, Des Raj and Bittu Sharma.
Satish Sharma, the chief guest in the prize distribution function while speaking on the occasion said that the dangal was an annual feature and it would be held with same enthusiasm in future also.
