Soz condoles veteran journalist Suraj Saraf's demise | | | EARLY TIMES REPORT
JAMMU, Jan 14: President Pradesh Congress Committee Prof Saifuddin Soz has deeply condoled the sad demise of veteran journalist Suraj Saraf. In a condolence message Prof Soz described Saraf a prolific writer who contributed a lot in the field of journalism and made a niche in the field by the dint of hard work and devotion. His death has created a vacuum in the Journalistic field in the state. He expressed sympathies with the Saraf family. He prayed for peace to the departed soul and sympathy with the bereaved family. Senior functionaries of Pradesh Congress Committee have also condoled the death of Saraf and conveyed their heartfelt condolence to the bereaved family. Those who condoled the death include Mangat Ram Sharma, Dharam Pal Sharma (Senior Vice Presidents PCC); Hari Singh, Gurmukh Singh, GN Monga (Vice Presidents PCC); Spokesperson Ravinder Sharma-MLC and Shah Mohammad Choudhary (General Secretaries PCC) and other senior leaders. Meanwhile, Pradesh Congress Committee and District Congress Committee Kishtwar have expressed shock over the death of four members of a family due to burning at Kadol Mohalla in Ligri area of Paddar, district Kishtwar. In a statement PCC President Prof. Saifuddin Soz has expressed deep shock over the incident in which one Chamail Singh, his wife Sunita Devi, son and daughter have burnt while his another daughter Urmila Devi has received serious burn injuries. He has urged the government to respond to the situation and provide relief to the affected families. |
