REASI, Nov 11: Additional District Magistrate Reasi, in exercise of powers vested under section 163 of Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023, has prohibited the transportation of bovine animals within the jurisdiction of District Reasi without seeking permission from the District Magistrate.
This order shall come into force with immediate effect and shall remain in force for a period of two months. However, it shall not apply in case of transportation of bovine animals by the Government departments for departmental purposes.
Any violation of this order shall invite punitive action under section 223 of Bhartiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023. |
