Govt school renamed in honor of Martyr NK Raghubir Singh Manhas

JAMMU, Nov 14: A historic event took place today as the Government Higher Secondary School, Paloura, was officially renamed in honor of the brave martyr, NK Raghubir Singh Manhas Ji. This renaming ceremony serves as a lasting tribute to his courage and sacrifice, ensuring that his legacy will continue to inspire future generations.
The ceremony was graced by the esteemed presence of the chief guest, Sham Lal Sharma, MLA Jammu North Constituency, along with the wife of martyr, Kamlesh Devi, and several distinguished dignitaries, including Director of School Education, Ashok Sharma ; former Rajya Sabha MP, Shamsher Singh Manhas; CEO Jammu, Jagdeep Padha; Principal of the school, Shikha Malhotra; Mandal Adhyaksha, Suresh Khajuria; Ex-Sarpanch, Balbir Singh Manhas, and other respected guests.
The event included a soulful cultural program and an insightful presentation highlighting the life, bravery, and sacrifices of NK Raghubir Singh Manhas, reminding all in attendance of his dedication to the nation and his selfless service. His story of valor continues to inspire, especially the youth, who will now receive their education in a school bearing his name.
