Jammu, Sept 26: Mobile internet service remained snapped in Rajouri district of Jammu and Kashmir. Internet service was suspended around two weeks ago when curfew was imposed in the town over tension broke out between two communities. "Curfew has been lifted but some elements disrupting peace cannot be ruled out," Rajeshwar Singh, SSP Rajouri here said. He said that mobile internet facility was snapped as preventive measure, adding, "we are regularly monitoring the situation and when normalcy is fully restored, mobile internet service will be reinstated." He however said, ''situation is peaceful and under control at the moment.'' |
