Jammu, Sept 26: A snake hidden inside the front shield of a motorbike created panic among college students in this winter capital of the state.
The reptile of one of the most poisonous 'viper russell' species was this afternoon found stuck with the rear tyre of a two wheeler outside the parking at Government Engineering College. By the time the bike owner reached the parking spot, the reptile had reached the front shield and got stuck up. Panic gripped the college, while students rushed to the spot to have a glimpse of the snake. Meanwhile, with the help of local boys and a mechanic, the body parts of the motorbike were separated and the snake was rescued, which later was thrown into a nearby drain. It took more than two hours to rescue the reptile. |
