Srinagar, Sept 26: Gunshots were heard in Bagtor of the Gurez village in the Bandipur district of Jammu and Kashmir on Monday. Though specific details are yet to come out, it is speculated that this was a result of another ceasefire violation by Pakistan. If speculations are true , this would be the 2nd ceasefire violation by the neighbours in the matter of a week. Though, other reports suggest that this might have been another incident of infiltration by cross-border terrorists.
A similar incident of cross-border infiltration got successful last week, that led to the terror attack on an army camp near the Line of Control near Uri, which led to the deaths of 18 Indian soldiers and 4 terrorists. India has since accused Pakistan of sheltering and harbouring terrorists and vowed to isolate it on a global level by proving that it is a terrorist state. |
