Kathua, Oct 16: A non-profit organization Manav Seva Sanstha (MSS) today organized a function in which they distributes free ration to needy, destitute persons.
The function was organized in Industrial Estate, Kathua in which Dr Bharat Bhushan, Additional Deputy Commissioner Kathua was the chief guest. MR Mahajan, President of Sanstha and Vijay Sharma, General Secretary of Sanstha besides other office bearers were also present.
Speaking on the occasion, MR Mahajan said that every month their organization provides free ration to one hundred poor ladies. Besides the needy, Orphan and destitute children are provided monetary relief to carry out their studies.
The Chief Guest appreciated and said that the noble gesture of the Manav Seva Sanstha, hoped that the organization will continue to help the poor families. A large number of poor ladies from Kathua, Hiranagar and Ghagwal Tehsils who were present on the occasion were provided free ration. |
