Srinagar, Jan 10: The audit conducted by CAG into Prime Minister’s Package announced soon after 2014 floods for Jammu and Kashmir says that 328.88 Cr worth works executed without inviting tenders.
The Prime Minister’s Development Package (PMDP), included 63 projects with a total outlay of Rs.80,068 crore was comprehensive reconstruction plan for the erstwhile State of Jammu & Kashmir, however CAG has pointed out number of disparities during its implementation including releasing financial assistance to people who weren’t affected by the 2014 floods.
