srinagar, Jan 22: Almost two months have passed since the government ordered a probe into the alleged wrong doings of Jammu and Kashmir Projects Construction Corporation (JKPCC), but the report is yet to be submitted.
The four member fact finding committee is headed by Principal Secretary Planning, Development and Monitoring Department, and had to submit the report by December 26.
As per the government order, the committee had to look into awarding of contacts to contractors without following "transparent" tendering procedures.

The SKIMS is yet to fully upgrade its infrastructure as a State Cancer Institute despite significant increase in the number of patients over the years.
Around 4800 cancer patients were reported at SKIMS Soura in the previous year. While during 2017, 4500 cancer patients were detected.
