Jammu, January 22: Amid the beating of dhols, bursting of firecrackers, and distribution of sweets, “Jai Shri Ram” slogan echoes across the world during rallies and marching amid “Pran Pratishtha” Pooja at Ayodhya.
Hindus in India and abroad, joined by people of other faiths came together to celebrate the “Pran Pratishtha” ceremony of Ram Lalla in Ayodhya on Monday.
The US, where Indian-Americans make up approximately 1.35 percent of the population, kicked off the celebrations almost a week before the temple's consecration with massive car rallies in Houston and California.
