Early Times Report Jammu, Jan 25: As the Bharat Jodo Yatra has almost covered the Jammu province some sane Congress leadership have realized that insulting and humiliating Choudhary Lal Singh proved counter-productive for the party in Jammu province. The Lakhanpur episode where Choudhary Lal Singh was humiliated and insulted sent a wave of anger among residents of Jammu as people believed that Congress intentionally hurt the sentiments of Dogras. Early Times Report Jan 25: The Administrative Council (AC) which met here under the chairmanship of the Lieutenant Governor, Manoj Sinha gave its approval for enhancement of Annuity Grant in favour of Gallantry Awardees from th UT of J&K. Rajeev Rai Bhatnagar, Advisor to the Lieutenant Governor, Dr. Arun Kumar Mehta, Chief Secretary, J&K attended the meeting.
