Early Times Report Srinagar, Oct 12: More than 70 per cent of the 90 MLAs elected to the Jammu and Kashmir Assembly have declared their minimum educational qualification as graduates, including three who hold doctorate degrees. This comes after several cases where staff submitted claims without proper documentation, leading to delays in processing and potential audit objections.
