Early Times Report Jammu, Oct 20: The first session of the Jammu and Kashmir Assembly will start on November 4. Before that, the new members of the assembly will take oath as MLAs. Protem Speaker Mubarak Gul will administer the oath of their responsibility to the new members. The MLAs elected for the first time in the Jammu and Kashmir Assembly will take the oath of the Indian Constitution. Before this, they used to take the oath of the Constitution of Jammu and Kashmir. The new members elected for the first assembly of the Union Territory of Jammu and Kashmir will take oath as MLAs on Monday. Pro tem Speaker Mubarak Gul will administer the oath of office to the new members at the Assembly Complex in Srinagar. The time of the ceremony has been fixed at 2 pm. NEW DELHI, Oct 20: Agencies “The Government has slashed by up to 20% the supplies of cheaper domestically produced natural gas to city retailers — a move that may result in Rs 4-6 per kg hike in the price of CNG sold to automobiles, unless excise duty on the fuel is cut,” sources said. Early Times Report JAMMU, Oct 20: Two persons were killed and three others critically injured when a load carrier skidded off the road and rolled down into a deep gorge in the Doda district of Jammu and Kashmir, police officials said on Sunday.
