Early Times Report Jammu, Oct 28: Amid a sudden spike in the “target killing” of non-locals in Kashmir, two such persons have died under mysterious circumstances in less than a week in the valley. In the latest incident, on October 28, a non-local resident was found dead under mysterious circumstances in Yousmarg area of Chararisharief in Central Kashmir’s Budgam district on Thursday morning. EARLY TIMES REPORT SRINAGAR, Oct 28: Anti-Corruption Bureau (ACB) has arrested the Manager and few other employees of the Food Corporation of India (FCI) depot at Shaheed Ganj, Srinagar for demanding and accepting bribe for unloading the truck. ACB initiated the action after it received a written complaint alleging therein that employees of FCI Depot Srinagar are unnecessarily delaying to unload the Truck and issuance of challan thereof.
