Bhagwat’s visit boost morale: RSS on expansion mode in J&K | | |

Jammu, Oct 4: The just-concluded four-day visit of Rashtriya Swayamsevak Sangh (RSS) chief Dr. Mohan Bhagwat has boosted the morale of the activists of Sangh Parivar to work with more dedication and commitment to achieve the target.
As the RSS is going to celebrate 100 years of its foundation in 2025, the visit of its chief was aimed at chalking out programmes for the next four years to expand its footprints in almost all nooks and corners of the Union Territory.
Although RSS has termed Sarsanghchalak's (chief) visit as a routine affair to review the functioning of the organization, this tour assumes significance in the sense that for the first time Sangh Parivar's chief visited J&K after the abrogation of Article 370 and 35-A.

SRINAGAR, Oct 4: The Government on Monday informed that 100 new positive cases of novel Corona virus (COVID-19), 22 from Jammu division and 78 from Kashmir division, have been reported today, thus taking the total number of positive cases in Jammu and Kashmir to 329889.
Moreover, 144 more COVID-19 patients have recovered and been discharged from various hospitals including 27from Jammu Division and 117 from Kashmir Division.

New Delhi, Oct 4: WhatsApp, Instagram and Facebook have gone down in several parts for the world, users reported on Monday evening.
All three apps are owned by Facebook and run on shared infrastructure.
“Sorry, something went wrong. We’re working on it and we’ll get it fixed as soon as we can,” a message on the Facebook website said.
Users posted messages on Twitter saying the popular social networking and communication platforms were inaccessible from around 9 pm Indian time.
