Jammu, Oct 5: These days BJP leaders are vociferously seeking votes for Jammu's development. But when they were in power, they forgot the same development for more than three years as the status of major developmental projects speaks volumes about the hollowness of these claims of the BJP.
According to political campaigning of the BJP as well as audio messages circulated on FM radio channels, BJP leaders could be heard demanding votes for Jammu's development.
"What the state BJP leadership did while in power in three years bears ample testimonies of their utter failure and complete surrender before their alliance partner PDP. Whether it was the case of amnesty to stone pelters or unconditional ceasefire with militants", said a disgruntled BJP leader on the condition of anonymity.
