Jammu, Oct 7: The state leaders of Bhartiya Janta Party (BJP) were found openly violating the Model Code of Conduct (MCC) guidelines issued by Election Commission of Jammu and Kashmir, by appealing the masses to vote for the party candidates in Municipal elections through social networking sites, few hours before the voting actually begin, which is a forbidden time for campaigning.
