Srinagar, Nov 14: In yet another instance of Kashmir based politicians leaving no opportunity to attack each other, former J&K chief minister and National Conference vice-president Omar Abdullah accused former MLA Gulmarg and Apni Party senior leader, Ghulam Hassan Mir, of hatching conspiracies to weaken Kashmir.
Addressing a gathering at Tangmarg in North Kashmir, Omar said, “The former MLA Gulmarg has always been at the forefront of such conspiracies and whenever New Delhi entrusted him with the responsibility of hatching any conspiracies, he executed them well.”
He said, “In 1984, when there was a conspiracy in New Delhi to topple the National Conference government, the former MLA of Tangmarg was at the forefront of it. Had 1984 not happened, Jammu and Kashmir would not have been in this condition today. The incident of 1984 also became the basis for the deterioration of the situation in Jammu and Kashmir.”

Addressing a gathering, Mir said, “NC misled people by raising the slogan of plebiscite. How many people lost their lives and how many were jailed for falling into the NC’s trap. Jammu, Nov 14: The National Investigation Agency (NIA) on Tuesday attached properties of two Lashkar-e-Toiba (LeT) operatives who helped a dreaded Pakistani terrorist to escape from the custody of police in the year 2018.
Properties of two Over Ground Workers (OGWs) were attached for helping a dreaded Pakistani terrorist Naveed Jatt escape from police custody from a Srinagar hospital in 2018 by attacking a police team.
