Cancelled Sub-Inspector exams from Dec 7 to 20, JE on Dec 5 and 6 | | | Early Times Report
Jammu, Nov 21: Ending all suspension, the government on Monday declared that cancelled exams of the Junior Engineer Civil (Jal Shakti Department) Exam would be conducted from December 5 to December 6, 2022 and the examinations for the post of Sub Inspector (Home Department) is scheduled to be held from December 7 to December 20.
This was informed during a meeting convened by Divisional Commissioner Jammu, Ramesh Kumar to review the preparations for the forthcoming written examination to be conducted by J&K Services Selection Board (JKSSB) for various posts.
Chairman JKSSB, Rajesh Sharma; Additional Commissioner, Pankaj Katoch; SSP Jammu, Chandan Kohli; Joint Director Information, Sapna Kotwal; Secretary JKSSB, Sachin Jamwal; Deputy Director Planning, Munish Dutta and other concerned officers attended the meeting in person while Deputy Commissioners Samba & Kathua and SSPs of Kathua, Samba, Jammu and Udhampur participated in the meeting through video conferencing.

New Delhi, Nov 21: As part of the government’s ‘Rozgar Mela’ (employment fair), Prime Minister Narendra Modi will distribute about 71,000 appointment letters to new recruits on Tuesday via video conferencing and also address them, his office said.
The Prime Minister’s Office said the drive is a step towards fulfilling his commitment to according highest priority to employment generation, and it is expected to be a catalyst in creating more jobs and providing meaningful opportunities to the youth for their empowerment and participation in national development directly.

New Delhi, Nov 21: E-commerce players like Amazon and Flipkart will have to voluntarily disclose all paid consumer reviews of products and services offered on their platforms, with the government bringing in new norms to curb fake reviews and help buyers make informed decisions.
However, the government has barred publication of reviews that “have been purchased and/or written by individuals employed for that purpose by the supplier or third party concerned”.
