Early Times Report Jammu, Nov 21: In the aftermath of tragic road accident near Assar on the Batote-Kishtwar National highway in which 39 passengers lost their lives, Transport Commissioner has issued an order directing owners of the vehicles to complete their documents within 15 days or their vehicles will be black listed. An order issued by Rahul Sharma Transport Commissioner reads: “It is for the information of all the registered owners of vehicles through the medium of this public notice that some of the vehicles are plying without having all necessary documents including Fitness certificate, Road Tax, Validity of Permit, Payment of Passenger Tax, etc.” In the order, the owners of these vehicles have been informed to get the documents of the vehicles updated within 15 days positively failing which all the violating vehicles would be blacklisted and action as warranted under the rules shall be initiated against them without giving any further chance. Early Times Report Jammu, Nov 21: Ten months after filing a chargesheet in the infamous drone arms drop case of Kathua, the National Investigation Agency arrested the eighth terrorist involved in collecting and smuggling ammunition dropped by a Pakistani hexacopter near the International Border.
