PDP leader ‘annoyed’ over providing facilities to Amarnath pilgrims 11/6/2023 10:48:26 PM Early Times Report Jammu, Nov 6: While devotees of Lord Shiva across the world are elated over the starting of work to widen the Amarnath Yatra routes from Pahalgam and Sonamarg, the general secretary of the youth wing of the Peoples’ Democratic Party (PDP) is unhappy with the providing facilities to the pilgrims. The PDP youth wing general secretary and spokesperson of the party raised ecological concerns to oppose the construction of the roads to ensure interruption-free pilgrimage in case of hostile weather conditions. Taking to social media, People's Democratic Party Spokesperson and Youth General Secretary Mohit Bhan , condemned the recent developments, stating, “This is not history; it's the biggest crime one can commit to Hinduism & its faith in nature. Hinduism is all about immersing in spiritual mother nature; that's why our pilgrimages are in the lap of the Himalayas.
