Have Kashmir centric groups finally fallen in line? | Parties need to apologize for asking people to boycott ULB, Panchyat polls | | Early Times Report
Jammu, Nov 8: As the People's Alliance for Gupkar Declaration (PADG) has announced participation in the District Development Council polls, questions are being raised over the decisions of NC and PDP about boycotting the ULB and Panchayat polls held in 2018.

It was even at that time that the parties were castigated by their own men for boycotting the polls and taking issues of people for grante... | |
