Tragedy averts: Another wall of under construction bridge collapsed | | |

Jammu, Dec 15: Another wall of the under-construction bridge caved-in today averting a tragedy in Kalakote town of district Rajouri.
On 6th of July this a wall had already caved-in, which local youths had a narrow escape. "Another retaining wall of an under-construction bridge was caved-in, however, no loss of the life has been reported yet", informed Early Times.
The bridge of part of Reasi-Rajouri national highway and is being executed by the General Reserve Engineer Force (GREF).

JAMMU, Dec 14: Union Minister of State for Home, G Kishan Reddy, without mincing any words has made it clear that Government of India (GoI) won't bring any law on the lines of Article 371 (Domicile Law) in the newly carved Union Territory (UT) of Jammu & Kashmir. Replying to a query in the Parliament, Reddy said that if people want any such law they would have to wait till the Assembly elections are held and wait for the constitution of the Legislative Assembly, which is vested with powers to make laws.
