JAMMU, Dec 22: In a glaring example of victimization, a widow has been running pillar to post to get income certificate from Revenue Department to seek pension benefit but concerned tehsildar is making her run.
Sources told Early Times that Kunti Devi wife of Nirdesh Kumar, who lost her husband in October 2018, had moved an application for issuance of income certificate to concerned Tehsildar office to apply for widow pension.

Jammu, Dec 22:The School Education department of state has failed to utilize Central Sponsored Scheme(CSS) as Central Government has been approved a total of 52 percent civil work under RMSA since inception if the scheme but astoundingly till date the department has completed only 23 percent works.
Reliable sources from SED informed Early Times the overall completion of the approved civil work in the state is only 52 percent where as 28 percent civil works are in progress while 20 percent works have not yet started.
