Senior leaders skip meeting called to commemorate PDP founder's death anniversary | Infighting within PDP takes new turn | | Early Times Report
Jammu, Dec 23: As the PDP leaders congregated in Jammu to review the arrangements that are being taken for the January 7 function to mark the 4th death anniversary of PDP founder Mufti Mohd Sayeed, several senior leaders remained conspicuously absent from such an important meeting.
As per the reports coming to the fore, there were almost all senior leaders who attended the meting that took place in PDP's Gandhi Nagar head office on Monday. However, the absence pf few senior ones raised eyebrows with speculations rife that another rebellion within the PDP is knocking its doors and there could be some leaders who are eagerly waiting to bid adie to their party.
Meanwhile, the handout released by the PDP mentioned that the party demanded immediate release of all political leadership in Jammu and Kashmir, and termed the prolonged incarceration of the detained politicians in Jammu and Kashmir as unjustified and uncalled for.

The dasti quotation, 04 of 2019-20 dated 09-11-2019, floated for the procurement of furniture has serious loopholes as the tender notice now where mentions the specifications of the furniture to be procured.
The tourism development authority has, according to the tender notice, decided to procure 800 carpets, 86 chairs, 16 wooden dining table (4 seated), 70 curtains and other furniture but the tender notice nowhere mentions the specifications like kind of timber.

srinagar, Dec 23: For the past one and half years a professor quarter occupied by the family of former Joint Registrar, University of Kashmir has come up as a bone of contention since the family is not paying House Rent Allowance (HRA) to the university authorities.
Sources told Early Times that the professor quarter P-7 is occupied by the family of Dr. Ishfaq Ahmad Zari, Joint Registrar, University of Kashmir.
