JAMMU, Dec 25: The Vigilance, as well as the Crime branch, are reportedly pursuing two cases, one is forger/tampering in the mark sheet of one candidate for the post of Assistant professor and other is a complaint for alleging gross misappropriation in allotting various developmental works.

srinagar, Dec 25: The tainted bureaucrats of Kashmir have amassed a huge wealth in Jammu region putting a question mark on Governor's assertion about taking action against the corrupt officials.
The Governor's administration has said that a committee has been framed to look into the wealth made by bureaucrats in Jammu and Kashmir. However, nothing has been done on the ground.
An official of General Administration Department of Vigilance Wing said that the administration has "failed" to stop corruption in the state. "The committee might have been framed but no action has been taken against the corrupt officials," he said.
