Blue eyed docs enjoy overstay in Governor rule, H&ME Deptt silent | | | Early Times Report
JAMMU, Dec 3: In gross violation of rules and regulations of the Health department, a few doctors, who have been working in Government Medical College and Associated Hospitals are enjoying overstay for last more than 6 years.
Once again, Health and Medical Education department issued order vide no HD/Gaz/Gen/161/ 2018 dated 14-11-2018 and asked Principal of Government Medical College Jammu and Srinagar to furnish information with regard to Medical Officers of the Health Department who are presently working in the Government Medical Colleges and Associated Hospitals Srinagar/ Jammu, other than PG, Registrars.
According to sources, the GMC Jammu has completed the details of 22 Medical Officers, who have been working in the above said Colleges at different posts for last more than 6 years but no action has been taken by the concerned authority despite issuing fresh order.
