Jammu, Dec 4: Shraddha Kapoor is likely to play Rukhsana Kausar, a Kashmiri woman, who killed a LeT terrorist thirteen years ago.
Rukhsana Kausar in 2009 was just 21 years old when three terrorists from Lashkar-e-Taiba (LeT) entered her house and started beating her family members mercilessly.
With her bravery, she not only killed a terrorist but also managed to escape safely with her entire family. Talking to Early Times Rukhsana Kausar while recollecting the horrifying incident, Kausar said, on the night of Sep 27, 2009, a Sunday, three terrorists entered into their house in Rajouri district and started beating her father, brother and mother mercilessly.

New Delhi, Dec 4: The Centre will convene an all-party meeting on Monday to solicit suggestions, discuss and finalise strategies for the G-20 summit which India will host in September next year.
Presidents of nearly 40 parties have been invited to the meeting by Parliamentary Affairs Minister Pralhad Joshi where Prime Minister Narendra Modi will be present. External Affairs Minister S Jaishankar is also likely to attend the meeting at the Rashtrapati Bhavan.
India officially assumed the G20 Presidency on December 1. New Delhi is expected to host over 200 meetings across the country, including Hyderabad, beginning in December this year.

Srinagar, Dec 4: Leading fireman and a woman were injured during a fire incident that damaged four residential houses at Chattabal area in Srinagar on Sunday, officials said. A Fire and Emergency official said that fire broke out at Patlipora locality around 10.33 am in an attic of a house and engulfed other nearby houses causing damage to at least four residential houses.
Six fire tenders were rushed from the nearby Safakadal and S H Pora to the spot to douse the leaping flames, the official said and added that it took over half an hour to control the fire before it could have engulfed other residential houses at the densely populated area.

New Delhi, Dec 4: Depicting the highly-sensitive scenario in the Indian Ocean Region, Navy chief Admiral R Hari Kumar on Saturday said at any given time four to six Chinese warships are present in the region, indicating increasing forays by China. He, however, assured that the Indian Navy was keeping a close watch on the movement of these warships and would protect national interest.
While outlining the situation in the Indian Ocean Region and the Indo-Pacific, the Navy chief also said the Ukraine conflict has taught India to be self-reliant in Defence production. The nearly 10-month-old war has not impacted the Navy’s procurements.
