Jammu, Dec 5: The senior politician who was ousted from the Peoples Democratic Party has recently hosted multiple celebration parties in Dubai.
Sources said the leader, who camped in the United Arab Emirates for a month, was there with some of his "family members and friends for celebrations".
Sources said the politician hosted lavish parties, mainly at 5-star hotels in Dubai. "Separate party was hosted for separate kind of guests. Relatives invited on separate day at separate venue, friends invited on a separate day at a different venue, business contacts invited on a separate day at a separate venue and political contacts including those from other countries were invited separately at some of the costliest venues," said a source privy to the details of the partying.
Sources said the politician was trying to cash the opportunity to host some of his "old contacts from a neighboring country as well only to strengthen his political position in Kashmir."

srinagar, Dec 5: Centre has taken on Jammu and Kashmir government for not submitting utilization certification of developmental works in the new Union Territory.
An official of the Finance Department said that it was mandatory for departments to submit utilization certification so that government knows where the money has been utilised.
