Early Times Report Jammu, Dec 5: Family members of rifleman Amit Singh, who was found dead under mysterious circumstances in a lodge in West Bengal in September this year have alleged that he was harassed by the wife of his superior and there is a strong possibility of him falling prey to a criminal conspiracy. Family of the deceased rifleman presented the recording of the last phone conversation his uncle had with his nephew. Here’s the transcript: “Uncle I have faced some problems. Madam has leveled allegations of theft against me. She has claimed that 20 bottles of liquor, 1 kg almonds and ½ ltr juice have been stolen from her house, and I have misbehaved with her. Agencies New Delhi, Dec 5: The National Investigation Agency (NIA) on Tuesday conducted raids at eight locations in Jammu and Kashmir in connection with a terror funding case. The raids are still underway in close coordination with Jammu and Kashmir Police and Central Armed Police Forces (CAPFs) at seven locations in Kashmir and one in Jammu, said sources privy to the development. Agencies Ahmedabad, Dec 5: The National Investigation Agency (NIA) on Tuesday filed a chargesheet in the special court here in Gujarat against five persons, including a woman, for their alleged links with terror outfit Islamic State of Khorasan Province (ISKP). The chargesheet against Ubaid Mir, Hanan Shawl, Mohammad Hajim Shah, Zubair Ahmed Munshi, and Sumerabanu Hanif Malek was submitted in the court of special judge Kamal Sojitra by NIA special public prosecutor Amit Nair. Early Times Report JAMMU, Dec 5: Inspector General (IG) of the BSF D K Boora affirmed on Tuesday that the force successfully maintained peace along the International Border (IB) in the Jammu frontier and said no infiltration was reported along the border with Pakistan in the past year. He said there has been a significant decrease in the number of drone-dropping incidents. “There was no infiltration along the IB in the past one year. There have been two to three attempted infiltrations, all neutralised in successful operations.
