jammu, Feb 10: In his farewell speech in Rajya Sabha, the Peoples Democratic Party's outgoing Rajya Sabha MP, Mir Muhammad Fayaz while appreciating the Modi government dropped a bombshell saying that the bureaucrats posted in Jammu and Kashmir had been creating hurdles in the deliverance of good governance.

In his speech in Rajya Sabha on February 9, Fayaz, who is due to retire next week, lauded schemes launched by the Modi government, including the Ujjwala Yojana. Fayaz also mentioned multiple Ministers including late Finance Minister Arun Jaitley, Commerce and Industry Minister Piyush Goyal, former Health Minister JP Nadda, MoS PMO Jitendra Singh and recounted how they had extended support to Jammu and Kashmir whenever help was sought from them.
He, however, openly exposed the role of some bureaucrats accusing them of putting people to problems.
