Early Times Report Jammu, Feb 12: With the government allegedly failing to restore the golden heritage left behind by the Dogra Maharajas in the winter capital region, Jammuites have expressed concern over such “continued neglect” of by successive regimes. Early Times Report Jammu, Feb 12: BJP Member Parliament Jugal Kishore Sharma on Saturday said that proposals submitted by the Delimitation Commission are an attempt to end the injustice and discrimination which J&K has been facing for the past 70-years. While talking to Early Times Sharma said, “The Delimitation Panel has worked out a proposal to give an equal number of assembly seats to all the districts across J&K.
