Jammu, Feb 17: The upcoming Budget session of the Jammu and Kashmir Assembly, scheduled to begin on March 3, is expected to be stormy after Peoples Conference (PC) legislator Sajad Gani Lone submitted a resolution seeking the restoration of Article 370 and Article 35-A.
