Early Times Report Jammu, Feb 18: Amid the joining of the many National Conference leaders in the BJP, there are rumours that a couple of senior Congress leaders may join the Saffron Brigade during Prime Minister Narendra Modi’s rally at Jammu on Tuesday. Although most of the BJP leaders are in Delhi attending national executive council meeting, Congress leaders, sources said, are in touch with some top BJP leaders. Sources said that two Jammu-based Congress leaders and some leaders from Kashmir Valley have opened a channel of communication with the BJP ahead of the Lok Sabha elections. “There is a possibility that these leaders may join the BJP during Prime Minister’s rally”, a source said and added that local BJP leaders have yet not confirmed any such developments. Early Times Report Srinagar, Feb 18: The Traffic Police on Sunday warned that obstructing ambulances could lead to Rs 10,000 fine or up to 6 months imprisonment. Early Times Report Srinagar, Feb 18: Jammu and Kashmir State Disaster Management Authority (JK DMA) issued a low-danger level avalanche warning on Sunday for Anantnag and Kulgam districts of Jammu and Kashmir for the next 24 hours.
