Srinagar, Feb 19: The General officer Commanding (GoC) of Srinagar-based Army's 15 corps, Lt Gen KS Dhillon on Tuesday said that anyone who takes up the gun in the Kashmir will be "killed and eliminated", unless they surrender.
Addressing a press conference here Lt Gen Dhillon said, "Our focus is clear on counter-terrorism operations. We are very clear that anyone who enters Kashmir Valley will not go back alive."
