Frustrated LeT terrorists issue threats to organizers of ‘Kashmiri Pandit’ conclave | | |

Jammu, Feb 21: The Resistance Front (TRF), an offshoot of proscribed Pakistan-based terror-out Lashkar-e-Toiba (LeT) issued a threat against the Global Kashmiri Pandit Conclave in New Delhi.
The blacklisted blog “Kashmir Fight” on Monday issued a threat to the Global Kashmiri Pandit conclave that is scheduled to be held in New Delhi later this month.
Calling the organizers and collaborators “agents of the BJP and RSS,” the blog said that the conclave is nothing but to “demonize the whole of Jammu and Kashmir”.
Threatening the Kashmiri Pandits, the “Kashmir Fight” said that conclaves like this cannot save them from the “wrath of resistance fighters.”
“The time is not far away when your devilish face and design get smashed out by Resistance fighters,” the Kashmir Fight threatened.

Srinagar, Feb 21: In a major setback to the “terror factory” of Kashmir, two of the wanted and designated terrorists, who were hiding in Pakistan and Afghanistan, have been killed in separate operations by unidentified persons.
The launching commander of the Hizb-ul-Mujahideen, Bashir Ahmad Peer was killed in Pakistan whereas Ejaz Ahmaed Ahangar was killed in south Afghanistan. Interestingly both of them had been declared as designated terrorists by the Modi government a few months ago.

New Delhi, Feb 21: Prime Minister Narendra Modi on Tuesday expressed hope that digital transactions will soon surpass cash as Unified Payments Interface (UPI) is increasingly becoming the most preferred payment mechanism in the country.
Modi after the launch of the cross-border connectivity between the UPI and PayNow of Singapore said about 74 billion transactions amounting to more than Rs 126 trillion, which is approximately 2 trillion Singapore dolla, was done through UPI in 2022.

Srinagar, Feb 21: Property tax will be imposed in Jammu and Kashmir from April 1, 2023, a notification issued by the J&K govt said on Tuesday.
