According to these diploma holders they were denied preference for jobs in the Agriculture Department but for similar jobs in the Horticulture Department, diploma holders were given preference.

SRINAGAR, Feb 22: The union territory of Jammu & Kashmir reported 58 new cases of Corona Virus following which the total number of positive cases reached 1, 25,925. As many as 10 districts of the union territory reported no fresh virus related case.
Srinagar district reported 17 fresh cases of COVID-19 followed by Baramulla district 15 cases, Jammu district nine cases, Budgam and Anantnag districts five cases each, Pulwama and Kishtwar districts two cases each and Kupwara, Kulgam & Shopian districts one case each.
