Jammu, Feb 25: Babus of Jammu and Kashmir are hell-bent to block all job opportunities for educated unemployed youth of the Union Territory. Babus are devising one after another scheme to make sure that educated unemployed youth would not get employment in the government sector.
The latest advertisement issued by the government to appoint retired government employees for short-term contract basis as Head Assistants, Accountants, and Senior Assistant in Jammu and Kashmir Medical Supplies Corporation Limited (JKMSCL).
After reappointing retired engineers, the decision of the J&K government to reappoint the other retired employees would spoil the future of thousands of educated unemployed youth.

Rajouri, Feb 25: Despite shortage of staff, the Government Medical College (GMC) Rajouri has been ranked second after SMGS Hospital Jammu in best gynecologic facilities in Jammu region. The mortality rate as well as referrals of delivery cases has declined enormously in the past more than one year.
Around 600-650 delivery cases are performed every month in the hospital which is high as compared to the past because due to referral syndrome very few deliveries were performed at the hospital. Meanwhile the mortality rate as well as referrals of cases has also come down to zero.
