Babus are devising one after another scheme to make sure that educated unemployed youth would not get employment in the government sector. The latest advertisement issued by the government to appoint retired government employees for short-term contract basis as Head Assistants, Accountants, and Senior Assistant in Jammu and Kashmir Medical Supplies Corporation Limited (JKMSCL). After reappointing retired engineers, the decision of the J&K government to reappoint the other retired employees would spoil the future of thousands of educated unemployed youth.
