After Bharat Jodo Yatra, the plenary session of the Congress was another important event where stalwarts like Dr. Karan Singh is ignored by the arrogant party leadership. Now the biggest question is whether Congress leadership has decided to intentionally ignore Dr. Karan Singh who is a stalwart of the party. The Rules will set up infrastructure and the framework to enable live streaming and recording of proceedings so as to imbue greater transparency, inclusivity, and foster access to justice.
