Jammu, Feb 27: 85th plenary session of the Congress Party was concluded on Sunday but party leadership has not invited veteran leader Dr. Karan Singh.
After Bharat Jodo Yatra, the plenary session of the Congress was another important event where stalwarts like Dr. Karan Singh is ignored by the arrogant party leadership.
Now the biggest question is whether Congress leadership has decided to intentionally ignore Dr. Karan Singh who is a stalwart of the party.
Earlier in September 2022, Dr. Karan Singh dropped hints to quit Congress because he has not been assigned any work by the party leadership.
“I had joined Congress in 1967. But in the last 8-10 yrs, I’m no more in Parliament, I was dropped from the working committee. Yes, I'm in Congress but there's no contact, nobody asks me anything. I do my work. My relations with the party are almost zero now”.

Jammu, Feb 27: Amid massive protests against the gruesome killing of Kashmiri Pandit bank guard Sanjay Sharma, Lieutenant Governor Manoj Sinha on Monday vowed to avenge the killing.
The 40-year-old Sharma was shot dead by the terrorists in Pulwama district on Sunday, in a local market, adding to the series of targeted killings of Kashmiri Pandit community members in Kashmir.
Lieutenant Governor Manoj Sinha termed the incident “unfortunate” and said the killers of Sharma will be brought to book.

Speaking at a public meeting after inaugurating the Shivamogga airport, he said in the coming days India will need thousands of aircraft, and the days of Made-in-India passenger aircraft are not far.

Srinagar, Feb 27: Jammu and Kashmir Police Special Investigation Unit attached four houses for willfully providing shelter to militants in Srinagar district, officials said.
The attachment was done in presence of Executive Magistrates and other witnesses in exercise of power conferred under Unlawful Activities (Prevention) Act (UAPA).
The residential houses attached included three in Barthena Qamarwari and one in Sangam Eidgah areas of Srinagar. Police said it was found that the militants had been sheltered in these residential houses.

JAMMU, Feb 27: The Jammu and Kashmir and Ladakh High Court on Monday notified the “Live Streaming and Recording of Court Proceedings Rules of the High Court of Jammu & Kashmir and Ladakh, 2023”.
The Rules will set up infrastructure and the framework to enable live streaming and recording of proceedings so as to imbue greater transparency, inclusivity, and foster access to justice.
