Jammu, Feb 28: There are plethora of hurdles being witnessed in scraping of the controversial SRO 202 and as per the highly placed official sources the process may take longer than usually expected to reach to any conclusive stage.
Sources said there are several loopholes associated with nullifying the SRO 202 and several financial constraints have also come to fore as the government is mulling to scrap the rule.
