Another shocker for educated youth of J&K | Posts advertised before Oct 31, 2019 withdrawn | | Early Times Report
Jammu, Feb 4: After denying job rights to the local inhabitants, Jammu and Kashmir government betrayed thousands of unemployed educated youth who have applied for different posts advertised by recruitment agencies before October 2019.
In a dictatorial decision, the government has withdrawn all the posts referred to the Public Service Commission (PSC) and Services Selection Board (SSB) before October 31, 2019, for which selections have not been finalized to date.
This decision is going to deprive the right of employment to thousands of educated unemployed who have cleared written tests of some of the posts advertised before October 31, 2019.
Important to mention here that before October 31, 2019, Jammu and Kashmir was full-fledged state. The J&K was bifurcated into two Union Territories (UTs) as per Jammu and Kashmir Reorganisation Act, 2019.
This was for the first time in the history of India that a state was converted into two Union Territories.

Jammu, Feb 4: Former president of Jammu and Kashmir High Court Bar Association president Abhinav Sharma, who is also the spokesman of J&K BJP, has termed the decision to withdraw posts as “unconstitutional” and “inhuman”.
“It is not an official order but a circular which is unconstitutional and it does not have legal validity”, Abhinav Sharma said, adding “No reason has been given to withdraw posts which were advertised before October 31, 2019”.
