Jammu, Feb 5: The forest development agencies of Forest Department have allegedly diverted funds of Compensatory Afforestation Fund Management and Planning Authority (CAMPA) for non proposed works in violation of National Afforestation Programme guidelines.
Sources told Early Times that CAMPA is an authority meant for receipt of cost of revenue realized on account of forest land diverted for non-forest purposes.
