Jammu, Feb 7: National Conference leader Mohammad Akbar Lone has been nominated as the party’s candidate for the forthcoming parliamentary elections from Baramulla Lok Sabha constituency in north Kashmir.
He is the same Akbar Lone who raised “Pakistan Zindabad” slogans in the Assembly on Feb 10, 2018 when security forces were fighting Jaish terrorists, who had entered into Sunjuwan Army camp in Jammu.
An analyst while talking to Early Times said that India is the only country where a person, who raises slogans favour of an “enemy country,” which has been bleeding India for some many years, is allowed to contest the Parliament elections. “Had Akbar Lone done the same action in some other country he would been booked for sedition and put behind bars. He would never have been allowed to contest the elections again,” the analyst added.
